The interview process was well organised overall. It was different to other interviews I’ve had, e.g. team building by working with Lego. The second part of interview was more formal with questions and providing examples.
Online on teams with a panel, ran through a simple question then onto 3 proper ones including a role play. Panel were nice and friendly and the interview was good.

I found the entire interview process to be engaging and insightful.
The interview was well-organised and the team made me feel comfortable from the start. The questions were thoughtful and allowed me to showcase my experience and how it aligns with the requirements of the role. I particularly enjoyed learning more about the company, the team culture ang the ongoing projects. It’s clear that the role offers exciting challenges and opportunities for growth.
The communication throughout the process was excellent, and I felt well-informed about the next steps. I truly appreciated the professional yet welcoming atmosphere, which made the experience enjoyable and informative.
