The area manager made me feel very at ease from the beginning. He was polite and professional.He talked about how the business needed to move forward an d asked what ideas i would implement to change the day to day running.
There was a bait and switch tactic used is bringing prospective managers into the fold. And with a powerful client, the contract negotiated, was followed at the discretion of upper management.

The interview process was good , they asked specific questions . I was able to answer them smoothly, The questions were easy to understand and it was very relatable to the job and there was no issues during the interview.
