It was great, asked great questions and I responded greatly. They came and got me early and under 30 minutes we got straight to it. I talked to some friendly people interviewing and they were nice.
It was very easy and laid back. They asked why I wanted to work with Compass Group and also asked about my availability. They also asked if I was willing to relocate.

my interview process was really laid back, staff were really nice basically just explained the job and asked questions about my availability and uniform. it was a really easy process.
I got the call over the phone, which made me realize that I was in for a wild ride. The interview process was a brief run down of what's going on, what to expect, etc.
