I initially heard about the job from a friend who was familiar with the company. The steps were simple and not very time consuming because the application was on paper. I simply went to the office and filled out the application. And they informed me they would do background checks and contact former employers. This took about 1 week. Then I was called in for an interview. I liked that the interview was not in a office setting. It was actually in the restaruant itself.
