Interview
Answered an AD in Craigslist and got called in for a cattle call interview at a local Hotel. After an around the room sit down with multiple persons, I was given all necessary hire package paperwork to fill out. I was then sent away with a will call you message. As it turned out I called them, and got called back with an offer which I took.

Jumped through many hoops...Started with a call from Compass's recruiter, online two hour test, written in person test, cooking test, interview with regional manager, then interview with unit manager, more paperwork, then drug test.
