Interview
Intense and multi stage. Fantastic though as you got to speak with senior management as well as many people within the business. I interviewed all via video conference as I was located overseas and it was still a very good experience.
The interview process took over two months and had multiple rounds where people regularly didn't show up for the interview and it had to be rescheduled. The whole process was extensive.

There were three interviews held and they were all very organic and informative of the role. The interviews lead to the team I was placed on. The people that work at compass are innovative, creative, and highly motivated.
