The interview process was a combination of phone, in-person, and video interviews. The process was transparent, intentional, and positive. The recruiters were clear about expectations each step of the way. It is clear that they focus on planning as interviews were usually about a week apart, but planned immediately after decisions were made. Those conducting the interviews were passionate and realistic about the role as well as the company culture. Receiving an offer was seen as an accomplishment on both ends to find a great fit.
