Interview
Easy application process and then several rounds of video interviews - 6 in total. I went through an external recruiter and was provided zero “coaching” feedback throughout. It wasn’t until the last video call that I got a glimpse into how they actually felt about me when the hiring manager told me that they didn’t remember my name (when they saw it in the “waiting room” before the last video call was started). What a letdown! After all of that the only feedback from the recruiter was “everyone has their strengths and their weaknesses”. No kidding.
Intense for what the job is.. 3 rounds are not necessary. If you have customer service skills you can do this job. It's entry level - they act like you are a C-suite executive.

Very lengthy process with a lot of behavioral based questions. Be sure to have a base knowledge on real estate and the industry itself. It would also help to have a customer success background.

I had 4 interviews. Very long and tedious process. Most employees had at least 4 interviews as well and I think a couple had 5. There were all very customer service/real estate based questions but why so many interviews?
