Round 1: (Karat.com) External Interviewing agency: Part 1: Verbal Q & A in which I was asked me to chose 2 categories out of 4(OO, Testing, Cloud Computing, System Design) . 2 questions where asked from each chosen category. the questions where good. Part 2: 1 or 2 coding questions, related to Data structures, they ware Easy to Medium, category. over all the interview process was good. Round 2: (Google Meet) with Compass Senior Engineer - Coding Round (Algo): I was given a question related to recursion back tracking approach. I quickly started coding, failed to understand the tricky part and come up with a buggy solution (fails for backtracking required input datasets). Understanding the issue towards the end, wrote sudo code and walked the engineer through it (due to lack of time to code). for which I was rejected. Overall the process was really good, I liked it. I also got to see the detailed feedbacks from each round. I can say one of the detailed and clear interview assessments I have seen so far.
