Interview
Panel interviews can be intimidating, but Sandy, Laura and Dustin were engaging, warm and answered all my questions.
The interview felt like a conversation, Laura brought examples of some of the projects I would be working on, and described how she thought my past experience would translate into the role. We discussed my experience and past roles.
I heard back from them the following day. There was a background check, but it came back the day after it was submitted.

Concise, positive, small group including owner. Since they were looking for part time assistance, it was an easier interview than average. Questions were based on past experience, current skillset and expectations, etc.
