I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Compassus (Springfield, MO) in Apr 2016
Interview
They just lie to you and don't give you a truthful summary of the position or your duties or how many hours you'll be working . They just lie. They will tell you all kinds of things they think that you want to hear but when it comes right down to it they do not support their employees. They do not back them up. They make all kinds of promises that they do not keep. Corporates is horrible. They are very behind the times technologically. They are dangerous because they do not adequate leak monitor their patients medications. They have non clinical people doing clinical work and the clinical employees doing non-clinical work like secretarial stuff. Very bizarre company and practices. Typical bait-and-switch mentality.

Very relaxing and friendly. The clinical manager was very informative about what they were looking for and expectations of this position. She was very interested in my experience and the value I could add if I received this position.
Many nurses had applied for this position and I was very grateful to be chosen. There is a lot of competition in Yuma that when I was interviewed, the process was not as stressful as I thought it would be.
