Complete One Sales Associate interview questions

Hi, Thanks for taking the time to submit a review. At Complete One we invest a great deal of time into our extensive three stage interview process to ensure that candidates are fully assessed and also provided with a thorough insight into what we do, the clients we work with and where they could potentially fit in. Your description is not what the observation process should entail and it's very disappointing to read. The whole purpose of the observation day is to have candidates shadow one of our representatives, seeing first hand how we conduct sales and marketing campaigns on behalf of our clients and how we acquire customers. It's really disappointing to read about your experience, however you do state that you accepted the offer which is incredibly surprising given you state the process was negative.
