Interview
The process was thoughtful and extensive and took place over the course of a month. They were very candid with me about what I would be doing and what challenges I would encounter. My expectations were clear set and managed. My flight to visit the corporate office was also paid for.

"What is your greatest weakness?" This was not one of those "turn your weakness into a strength" kind of question. They wanted a candid and critical response about something that I was not good at.
