Applied online followed by phone interview. First screening went well. It was followed by another phone interview with director who had a very difficult accent and didn't seem to be interested in process. I knew from start I won't be getting ahead. Overall I feel it would have been better if it was in person interview after first phone screen.

Relatively quick response following application date. First interview was a screening interview with a recruiter over the phone. Second interview was with the Director of Pharmacy. Will need to complete electronic application and personality assessment before second interview.
