Numerical and logical reasoning • Not as hard as other companies, but still take your time. Video interview • 3 Questions, able to re-record answers. 1 practice question. Face to face interview • With a client Director and current associate on the program. 45 minutes, make sure to ask them questions to show you have done research. Ensure you know your CV and come with a bank of competency examples, as the questions were all competency/strength based. Assessment Centre • 2-day process. Go down the night before for networking meal+drinks. Relax and be yourself, you will hear that advice a lot but it’s true. The next day is taxing but rewarding, featuring a variety of tasks. Very well organised.
screening call, 2 rounds on zoom, then in person rounds for an overnight. Good experience overall. Flew out to atlanta from across the country and stayed over night. Overall good
Straight forward questions you would usually expect. It was in person so it was nice seeing the setting. Interviewers were kind and didn't create any pressure. Didn't pass to the next stage which was the assessment center.
