I was contacted over the phone once my resume was submitted, and did a quick interview with HR. It is a small company, so HR had plenty of details about the type of candidate the hiring engineering manager was looking for. I was asked why I would like to work in Xicom's industry, why I am interested in their technology, etc. You'll be brought in for a face to face interview, which will last between 1-2 hours. The hiring manager will ask you some basic electronics questions, e.g. RC filters, BODE plots, etc
