Digital interview requested. Consisted of situational role play questions, behavioural and situational type questions. Some questions require you to be on camera. Questions are timed as well and they do give you time to prepare your answers.

Talk about a time at school or work that had a great impact on you
Tech support virtual interview and writing assessment, English fluency typing and recorded virtual interview. It was a good experience until now I hope I can get into the next rounds.
It was fun and okay overall, but it felt repetitive after a while. The experience mainly consisted of the usual, typical call center questions, making it less engaging than expected.
Online video submission, asked a couple of questions. The most difficult part was the intensive background check that came after. But due to the nature of the work it is understandable.
