The interview process with Concord Group is something that could use some work. I initially interviewed with the TA Specialist, of which that took about an hour of my time, then in the 2nd round I interviewed with the Director of Human Resources that sits out of Michigan and operates with Concord Group's parent company, which took about another hour. After this point, I met with the HR Admin and CEO in an on sight interview, of which took me two hours. Throughout this time, communication seemed to worsen as I would email for an update and it would be upwards of a week till I received any communication on where the process was. Overall, the process took roughly 4 hours and lasted a little over 2 months to get an email citing they decided to go with another candidate that had more relative experience for what they described as a jack of all trades role that would help in several different areas but did not have a predetermined list of responsibilities in mind. While it is disappointing that after 3 rounds of interviews that took place over 2 months with 4 different people that it did not pan out the way I had hoped, it was still a decent experience.
