My initial interview was with human resources and one of the care coordinators. A few clinical questions were asked but it seem like it was more a personality quiz that they were giving me. My second interview was very laid-back with Andrea and Danielle. We kind of laughed and joked around during the interview. It seem to me that this particular company is very interested in your social skills and personality.
