Initial phone screening, 121; then invited for an in-person 2.5 hour panel interview, which included conversations on workplace culture and values, a précise of my professional history, proof that I have a clear understanding of and ability for the role and workplace procedures overall, two real-time aptitude tests, for which help was provided when stuck, general chat, and a 121 with senior management to establish whether I'd be a good culture fit
