The process of hiring was giving you salaries that are too good to be true, they ask you about the language you speak and you availability to work overseas, not true because they have nothing overseas so it is all a way to get you more interested and sucked in into the clearance process which is tiring and not worth it given the opportunity give,

Interview
Not too difficult, languages tests, grammar tests, and background check takes a very long time. Background takes a long time due to a security clearance being necessary to work on projects. can average between 60 days to a year. If you're patient then it's good for you to apply, have to keep in consistent communication, have a good record, financial record, no criminal activity, and legal us resident/citizen.
