I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Condé Nast (New York, NY)
Interview
Be prepared to be treated with disrespect. It is very apparent that they don't value your time. I waited 30 minutes for a 30 minute interview, in which the hiring manager answered her phone three times.
Initial interview with the would-be manager was nice. But the task was unnecessarily long and time-consuming. I then had another interview. And then HR didn't ever get back to me and provided no feedback, which is a real shame.
4 rounds of interviews with HR and the team - seemed pretty straightforward but sometimes the questions were difficult. 4 rounds of interviews with HR and the team - seemed pretty straightforward but sometimes the questions were difficult
The interview process was fairly informal and quick. I didn't think the Zoom interview went very well, and I then didn't hear for several weeks until the hiring manager confirmed they had hired someone.
