The process starts out with a phone interview that takes about 15 minutes. The recruiter ask about experience, why Cone Health, what are your strengths, and expected pay. Then set up with a virtual interview with clinical Manager.
first interview with recruiter was not bad! Followed up with interview with the director then was asked to shadow. The first interview was only about 15 minutes whereas the second lasted a little longer.
