Initial interview was Online only was sent a link with a video talking head and slides asking questions and submitted recorded video answers. No human to clarify or react to questions, very impersonal and awful.

There were multiple steps (rounds) of interviews and it took a while to hear between them. There were two interviewers, someone on the same team and the supervisor. The interviews were virtual.
