I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Confluent (London, England) in Oct 2019
Interview
2 phone calls with the recruiter, followed by on-site interview with head of EMEA marketing (about 3 weeks later, as she was away). The recruiter explained how the process would work very well.
