I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Connectd (UK) in Feb 2026
Interview
The entire process was probably as disrespectful of my time as possible.
Staff member A reached out to me via WTTJ inviting me to interview, and asked me to find a time slot by EOD at about 1pm (obviously impossible as I work full-time).
We agreed a time 2 days later. I left work early specifically for the interview; he no-showed, with an apology email around 2 mins before start time.
We rescheduled and had a pretty unremarkable interview, except he asked me a trick question at the end(?). Booked me in for 2nd round, which was a mock sales call with himself and staff member B (Staff member A no-showed this meeting too).
Staff member B told me I'd hear back within 48 hours; a week later and I've had no contact.
A truly baffling process. Had I received an offer I would not have accepted.

Question 1
The trick question was: "what if somebody has all the exact same experience and characteristics you do, except they have 1 year's experience as an SDR? Why should I hire you instead of them?"
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Connectd (UK) (London, England) in Jan 2026
Interview
I was directly approached by a member of the Connectd team, the outreach was good and engaging, and after some back and forth I was booked in to speak with a member of their team.
The call was confirmed through the link, I was sent several email and text reminders about the call in the days before, including just before we were due to speak.
I made time in my diary to speak with Connectd, only to sit on the call for 10minutes without anyone joining, no message that they were running late. Things happen and that's understandable, so I sent an email checking that they were ok and to look at rebooking the call. This was two weeks ago and I've still not had an apology or a follow up.
I've also messaged the original contact at Connectd who, having approached me and not the other way around, I thought would have replied as well, but they have also chosen to be incredibly rude.
Worst of all, just before the call, I can see that the team member who was supposed to call me had checked my LinkedIn profile, so they were clearly aware of the booking.
It would be completely fair if they'd decided that actually my profile wasn't suitable for them, however, being ghosted by a company after they've approached you is incredibly rude and lazy.
Absolute waste of time and energy.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Connectd (UK) (Austin, TX) in Nov 2025
Interview
Very brief intro interview. Little information was provided beforehand. Critical information to evaluate the role isn't available until the 2nd interview, and the key document there is inaccessible. Also, from what I understand, this opportunity requires an upfront investment of several thousand dollars.
