I applied in-person. I interviewed at Conoil in Sept 2019
Interview
It was a good interview process. It lasted for about 45 minutes. The interviewer asked reasonable questions and was also conscious of the time of the interviewing process. I was also offered a glass of water to drink before and after the interview
Applied through an Gmail address.
Got a response requesting my passport photo. Twice. Like what I looked like was such a huge part of my moving to the next phase of the interview.
The panel interview via Zoom started late. They seemed uninterested. Especially uninterested when I described my work experience abroad as if it didn't matter to them. They wanted to hear local experience. This was disappointing. For both parties.
