The process was a question and answer session. They used great thought provoking questions. The interviewers allowed time for me to ask my questions and was forthcoming with information. They were friendly and I felt at ease with the process.

Interview
Received phone call from the first interviewer and was asked several questions. They scheduled an interview for the next process. Had an introduction with both interviewers. They asked me to tell them about myself and the about the past two jobs I held. They asked about 8 or 9 questions. It was explained what the job entailed, the rate of pay, the hours and days of work and training. I was asked if I had any questions. They said they would be making a decision by the end of the week or beginning of next week. They thanked my for my time and the interview ended.
