Initial interview to determine fit and go over background and general qualifications, testing, and interview with senior management that included a lunch and a tour of the facility. Was offered an opportunity to see another location and spend the day shadowing the manager to make sure it was an appropriate fit.

Efficient and straightforward interview process.
1. First interview was later in the week that I met the recruiter at a campus career fair. Consisted of questions such as where I saw myself in five years, and some basic mental math questions (eg. what is 18% of 150.
2. Second interview was a conversation based meeting with a middle manager. Basically talked about the company’s structure and culture of the program.
