Has switched to interviews about hypothetical scenarios and personality questions. Very few questions about actual job responsibilities/requirements. Interview process has declined in recent years. Would be better to have more relevant questions.

All of them were hypothetical and difficult to answer, since I had to imagine what I'd do, and they didn't all apply to the job I was applying for.
