I had three interviews plus one timed skills assessment: Hiring scout, direct supervisor, company president. It's a lengthy process before getting to the final stage. Don't be discouraged if it takes a while to hear anything back.

I was contacted by the Director of Production for my initial interview. The conversation went smoothly, and I was told I’d hear back within 1–2 days for a second interview. Two months passed with no update, and I finally received a rejection email. It was extremely disappointing to see such poor communication and disregard for the interviewee’s time and effort. The minimum courtesy would have been to either proceed with the second interview or notify me of their decision in a timely manner.
