I started at a temp agency and they hired me full time after three months. The job announcement says you have to have a college degree but that's not true. I interviewed with the VP and he asked generic interview questions that you've probably heard before.

One phone interview, 2 Zoom interviews with hiring manager and HR. Questions were mostly about experience I had with finance and consultative sales. The were very friendly and seemed interested in insuring this was a good match for us both.
