The interview itself consisted of a test assignment, followed by feedback and an offer. I chose to decline based on the dozens of negative reviews I'd read about lack of payment; I mentioned my concerns to Amie and she said that she understood completely, but didn't deny any of it (I'm not sure if that's a good or bad sign).
