I had 2 interviews. I met with the CEO and then the COO. Both were very kind. Then I had to take a strengths test. I was asked to start short after (within a week or so)
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Convergent1 (Houston, TX) in Feb 2016
Interview
applied online and received an email couple days later. I was asked to come in for an indirect interview. The place was east to find but lots of traffic lights and u turn around the high way was a jam. Small office, when I arrived CEO introduced himself and chat for a while before handing you off get interviewed by someone else. Easy going environment, small office but comfortable. Talked about the company, and some easy small questions about your self and some technical questions.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Convergent1 (Houston, TX)
Interview
Easy because they can hardly get anyone to accept a position. It was a bit excessive though with the "unlimited" levels of the process. This company seems to love having unnecessary meetings so it makes sense now.

Each candidate has an opportunity to meet several people and to ask as many questions as necessary to help them feel at ease. The selection process can be short or long depending on the numerous factors. But always, we endeavor to be fair and friendly. To anyone considering joining our great team, please know that we have three basic guidelines, 1) family comes first 2) treat everyone (team members and clients) with respect and kindness, 3) work hard to achieve our client’s goals.
