I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Converse (Boston, MA) in Nov 2018
Interview
The interview process was very relaxed. It was 3 interviews (1 with the HR representative over the phone, 1 with the marketing manager over the phone, and 1 final round with two marketing managers over video.) It was fairly easy-going and allowed me to speak honestly about my interest in marketing and why I was so passionate about Converse.
I was contacted by external recruiters who collaborate with the brand. They asked me to apply for a role that was seemingly "a fit". They also made numerous attempts to reach me initially, trying to get me to share information I wasn’t comfortable sharing/was irrelevant, but somehow they needed it to move forward. After applying, they wouldn’t provide any updates on the process unless asked. The updates were vague and noncommittal, and this went on for over a month or two. They then closed the job, wouldn’t provide feedback, and started contacting me again as they mistook me for a different job candidate.

Interview
Pretty easy, no hard questions, nice people. Initial phone screen and then video interview. Did not end up getting the job but still a good experience. Took awhile to hear back after my second round interview though.
