Interview
The interview consisted of battery of open-ended/ situational questions to determine how you would act in those hypothetical contexts. It was a a casual back and forth with the two interviewers but the questions were basic managerial assessment questions.

Question 1
Give me scenario where you resolved a conflict as a third party?
Normal Interview process. Tell me about yourself etc. I would talk about your love for converse too. Make sure you are a team person. There is a lot of teamwork.
It was an online interview, self explanatory. Record yourself answering the prompts given. They gave about 2-3 mins to answer each question, and you get to review how you answered if you did not like your first take.

What was one incident that you had to step up as an individual.
It was easy and laid back. I did the interview in the back stock room and it was very low pressure/difficulty. We did the basic interview questions and I was offered the job on the spot.
