Series of interviews with HR, HQ, and Store Managers. Its all via zoom and email. No in person meeting until the last step (potentially). Interviewers ask pre-set questions and take notes on answers (assuming they have to report back to HQ/HR).

3 interviews, the hirer up was not available them had to rely on a random store manager to be interviewed by. One of the questions was really random and could not see how it was relevant to working at a retail store..

Excellent process. Store manager was extremely knowledgeable, I enjoyed how organized the process was. Great environment and people. they shared benefits of the job and what a day to day is like
