The interview process was painful/simple. The interview is conducted over Zoom (similar to Skype), in the comfort of your own home. They go over general information about the position and ask questions regarding qualifications and experience. The interview lasts roughly 30 minutes.

Question 1
Tell me about your experience in foreign language teaching/learning.
Applied online. HR contacted me for the first round of interview. Her way of communicating was not professional, she didn't even respond to the questions I emailed her. The first round was easy. Asked me to go over experience and skills. Then, basic questions about precision, recall, accuracy, NLP etc.
Immediately got an email from the HR to come for the interview. I told her the date I would be able to go. She scheduled the interview. After a day, she emailed me and said that the interview is postponed due to unavailability of one person. I said her okay and told her the new date. After that, there is no response from her. I even emailed her after a week, no response!. Such an unprofessional HR. She could have told me whatever the hell the reason was.
I applied to the Account Manager position and received an email letting me know that I have been selected for an interview. I informed the hiring manager my availability right away and haven’t heard from anyone from the company since. I reached out to him three times but no such luck. Unprofessionalism at its finest. If you filled the role or no longer in the market to hire for the position, a simple note to me would of been just fine.
