Interview
The interview process began by meeting the person for whom I was going to replace. She and I discussed the job and its roles, and she felt I was a great fit so invited me back to the office for a second panel interview. The panel interview lasted for about an hour. It was somewhat informal, and led by three men who as I recall were in joint proprietorship of the business. We discussed my background and experience in sales as well as role I would be fulfilling within the company. The interview was easy and I felt great about it until the final question as I was leaving the office, which was a personal question about family planning.

As a young woman, do you have plans to have children in the near future? (The position was available because the person filling the role was pregnant and had chosen to leave permanently)
