Assessment centre
An introductory talk, two group tasks and a 1:1 interview with a member of the audit team. Groups were about 5-6 people and our tasks involved working together to rank public figures and figuring out an time and financially efficient route via the underground.

So it is a normal interview process, i don't think it is that hard. Practicing and researching the company into who they are and what they have done is always helpful.

Interview
Initial application required you to answer three questions based on competency and motivation. Once application has been reviewed you are invited to an online screening which has further competency and motivation questions to establish your skill set for the job.
If successful, you are invited to an assessment centre. This was a very positive experience which truly embodied the values of the company. 1-1 interview felt more like a discussion although clearly throughout this the interviewer is assessing your fit for the team.
Learnt a lot about the team itself that I would be joining and the ethos they work in.
All in all, a very positive experience.
