Only had one interview with them out of a few. They seem like nice people, but they do have trouble communicating. The CEO is very indecisive and relies on opinions of others a lot in her decisions.

My strengths, how I anticipate needs, how I deal with stress.
Interview process went rather quickly but never heard back after the second round. I was told to look out for an email to schedule the last round but never received it. I followed up twice and was ghosted by the firm. It was extremely unprofessional to not even provide an update even after following up.
