Interview
The interview process was great. Given a tour of the facilities before the interview. They really give you an idea of what to expect before asking if you want the job. Then they ask you why they should hire you. Very cool.

Do you plan to stick around if hired? Can you stand for a full shift? If hired, can we count on you to show up on time?

Interview
They walk you thru the plant and ask you if you can do the job. If you can pass background and drug test, they will hire you. It is not hard to get a job here.
