Multi step process meeting over the phone, in person and then with the Owner. The people seem to be passionate about the company. The location was not very good.

Interview
No credit nor background check. Who you know will not what you know will get you the interview and most likely the job. There doesn't seem to be any hiring criteria. Training is minimal to none, so hope you are a fast learner. Commissions are not paid after you leave, neither is sick time.
