Copps Food Center interview questions

Was asked questions about my previous work experience and education. Given a few what-ifs and asked to provide examples of conflict resolution. Overall a fairly easy interview and I felt that I already had the job when I walked in.

I had a phone interview with a staff member from NDA. I first contacted the staff member via LinkedIn and we spoke though messages, then she suggested to talk on the phone to get to know what I wanted out of the experience a bit more. We talked for about 20 minutes. It was a very casual conversation and productive.
