Got contacted by a recruiter and was a little skeptical about changing jobs at the time (and still haven’t changed job) but he hounded me until I went in for an interview. The interview was supposed to be with the technical lead but ended up being both the technical lead and a PM, which was fine. The Interview was about an hour in which I spoke for maybe 10 minutes in all and the PM spoke the rest of the time about his work at another company and why he loves Córdoba. The technical lead spent the entire interview playing on his phone and didn’t ask a single question. The PM discussed pay at the end of the interview and wanted to negotiate right then, which I wasn’t comfortable doing as I was interested in their other benefits as well. They made a formal offer later the same day in which the pay was significantly less than what was discussed in the interview as well.
