I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Core-Apps in Oct 2016
Interview
Three step process:
1) Initial phone interview 1:1 to confirm background and share info about the role.
2) Technical challenge, a take home coding problem. It was one of the more fun ones I've seen. Also was not as time consuming as some, it felt very good that they respected my time even as an applicant.
3) Final phone interview with four people which started with them asking various kinds of questions, including both technical and general job questions. I will note that I actually came prepared to talk about decisions and logic in my coding challenge submission, but they never even mentioned it. It did feel like the mix of questions was good and gave me a chance to talk about both technical and soft skills, though. Then the floor opened up for me to ask them questions - the panel included developers and a PM, so it was a very informative opportunity.
The tone of these was professional but fun and the process itself was reasonably transparent. I made sure to get "hear by" dates as I went along.

Interview
Called me for initial interview, then gave me a coding exercise to complete. I was told when I completed the coding exercise, we would go over it. After coding exercise was completed (which I spent quite a bit of time on), I was responded to that my application had been reviewed and not selected. They seemed to be interviewing a very large pool of applicants from what I was told.
