Very simple, straight forward, and direct. Questions about how to handle high stress situations, security questions, and basic common sense questions. provided me with the option to do an over the phone interview for my primary interview, then proceeded to the hiring part all withing a couple of weeks.

Very specific to the type of job you are applying for. Can last for several interviews in some cases. Questions are based on experience and integrity. Can be unnerving if you aren't familiar with the field of work.

Easy but I guess they did not like my answers even though I was a correctional officer for 6 years I suppose they have higher standards since they have federal contracts

Video call, Lots of emails and scanning paper work, talking to representatives and having them explain process several times cause it was clear and she was very patient and more than willing to help which is amazing so it went great for me
