Two rounds, met with various levels of management. Technical and personal aspects clearly outlined which made for an interesting process. Not aggressive as I have experienced in different companies and overall quite warm and receptive while very professional.

2 rounds of interviews. One was a technical assessment, the second more of a culture-fit assessment. Both panels were very friendly, not too intimidating. They were generally very open to questions I had about the company, the code stack and the projects they were working on.

- Find poor practices in a JavaScript function (e.g. global variables, hoisting, equal value and equal type vs. equal value alone).
- Describe the use of the keyword this and its scoping in nested functions. What is the value of the keyword this when called in different context
