Three stages, one with the recruiter (typical box ticking stuff with skills against the job requirements), a slightly more technical interview with the consultancy team and then a conversation with the VP about the culture.
The teams were all friendly enough and explained the role, unfortunately I can’t call it a positive experience as I was left to wait nearly 3 weeks after the final stage interview, after being initially told it would only be a few days, eventually getting an obviously generic rejection email. Attempts to get personalised feedback have been ignored.
