Cornerstone Agency interview questions

I had two individual interviews with an associate and then with a principal. Both interviews last about 45 minutes, with an introduction on Cornerstone, then a discussion on my background, then case discussions and finally a Q&A session.

I applied online through CL and filled out a questionnaire. I got a response soon after from the project/team manager and he gave me a call. It was really low-key and casual and he mostly asked about my interests and if I was capable of doing the tasks for the team. I said yes and was hired right away.
